Match Plan is assisting shareholders of BIMlink with the transfer of its shares to KUBUS. KUBUS now offers the opportunity to merge the platform of BIMcollab and BIMlink to further grow internationally.

Match Plan assisted in the sale of Oberon Medialab to Atabix Group, helping Atabix realise its growth ambitions. Both companies are based in Amsterdam and specialise in providing technical solutions for businesses and government agencies. Atabix aims to become a leading player in the eGovernment Solutions market. The partnership with Atabix offers new opportunities for Oberon, including being able to share their knowledge in the public sector.

Following the buy-and-build strategy, NOBEARS started looking for a digital marketing company to acquire, they found it in Pitcher. Together with Pitcher, NOBEARS can further expand its market position and services to further unburden its customers. Match Plan assisted Pitcher in both the preparation and sale phase.

Match Plan is assisting Kouters Van der Meer shareholders with the acquisition of YICE. Through the acquisition, Kouters Van der Meer, a governance, risk and compliance firm, broadens and deepens its services in the field of risk management and information security using a GRC tool. Together with Yice, Kouters Van der Meer can also broaden and deepen their footprint in the market.

Match Plan assisted Only Creative Entrepreneurs in its acquisition of Marcommit, as part of Only’s active buy-and-build strategy. Marcommit’s services include strategy, public relations, content marketing and digital marketing.

As part of its successful growth strategy, the TIMETOACT GROUP decided to create a German-wide cash pool. In parallel, a group-wide strategy was established to hedge its interest and foreign exchange exposures. Wintergerst assisted the implementation of these projects.

Match Plan was pleased to assist the shareholders of InnoPhase B.V. (Coachview) in the sale of the shares to Paragin Group, which is backed by strategic software investor Main Capital Partners. The addition of Coachview to Paragin Group creates a comprehensive product suite with strong combined expertise, technology leadership and a shared customer base.
