Ronald is a Partner at AVP Group (the Swiss ICFG member). He has a strong experience in M&A, but also business strategy and management structures. He has several Board and advisory mandates, and he is passionate about Strategy and change processes.
Experience
Ronald occupied many management various international functions and has been the CEO of Cofely Schweiz AG (now Engie) for many years.
He joined the AVP Group in 2012 to focus mainly on Strategic advising and M&A transactions.
He was a member of the Executive Board at Priora AG, Elektrowatt Ekono AG and W+E Umwelttechnik AG.
He is the President of the Swiss Sustainable Building Council.
Education
Ronald obtained a PMD at Harvard Business School, and he is also a Graduate of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETHZ) in Mechanical Engineering.
