Olivier has a CFO background, with a keen interest for leading transformation and process improvement, in medium size businesses facing growth and change challenges. He has worked in international context for most of his career. He has developed a solid track-record in leading M&A and Corporate Development, in cross-border situations.
Experience
Olivier has more than 25 years of experience as CFO, acquired both within multinationals (Compaq, HP) and SMEs (Manutan, Sofema, Groupe RG) in various shareholder contexts: listed companies, family-owned companies, LBO, etc.
The common point of Olivier’s experiences lies in a strong international exposure, mainly in Europe and the USA, which allowed him to acquire the codes of management and business development outside France.
Olivier developed a comprehensive operational expertise in M&A operations and post-acquisition integration. In this capacity, he has led more than 15 business acquisition/disposal operations so far, two-thirds of which consisted of “cross-border” transactions.
Olivier joined Societex in December 2022, notably bringing his expertise in the multichannel distribution sector and international transactions.
Education
Olivier holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Paris Sorbonne and is a Chartered Accountant.
