Plastic Srl is a privately-owned manufacturer of polymeric caps and closures for home care product applications, based in Forli, Italy.  Following this transaction, Plastic Srl will become a wholly owned division of TriMas’ packaging business, Rieke.

Reike is part of the Multinational TriMas Corporation, manufacturing closures and dispensing systems for the global market.  Serving a huge range of markets from food and beverage, pharmaceutical and personal care to paints, solvents, oils and lubricants, Rieke supplies both boutique manufacturers and the world’s top brands with drum closures, pump dispensers and custom packaging solutions.
