| Transaction Description | Established in 1999, Bohemia Interactive is the leading Czech games company, developing PC, console and mobile games. Since its inception, Bohemia Interactive have grown from a ragtag bunch of garage developers to an international family of over 300 professionals, developing games such as Arma 3, DayZ, Ylands, Vigor, and various other projects. Tencent was established in 1998 in Shenzhen, China with shares listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Led by CN Finance Partner Pavel Capouch, many procedures on this transaction were executed online, further confirming that it is possible to successfully and efficiently complete a transaction within the current pandemic restrictions.
