Through a unique and in-house developed innovative platform, the footprint of business waste is minimised. Thanks to its wide range of collection resources, Milieu Service Groep has a suitable, affordable and sustainable solution for every waste issue and waste flow. From its head office in Diemen, 250 employees work day in day out for a Netherlands without waste. Role of Match Plan Match Plan assisted the owner of R2 Recycling throughout the sales process. After drafting an information memorandum, confidentiality statement and anonymous profile, several potential buyers were approached. There was an immediate click with Milieu Service Group. Agreement was then reached with them on the transfer of the business. |

ICFG Netherlands / Match Plan advises R2 Recycling on sale to Milieu Service Groep
Match Plan has advised R2 Recycling on the sale of its business to Milieu Service Groep, the parent company of, among others, Milieu Service Nederland. This acquisition is in line with Milieu Service Groep’s ambition to become Europe’s largest waste platform.
