Tomáš Navrátil

Tomáš is a partner at CN Finance, and has been advising companies on corporate finance, mergers and acquisition and capital markets for 25 years, being since 1999 in the field of sales and purchase of companies. CN Finance provides services to Czech and Slovak company owners who want to realise financially the work they have put in to build up their company by selling their interest. They value highly long-term partnerships with their clients and business contacts.

Experience
Tomáš began his career with a position of financial analyst and portfolio manager in two major brokerage societies. He then worked in management of acquisition projects in two companies focused on M&A.
In 2004 he created the CN Finance group with specializations mainly on facility management, IT, retail, wholesale and distribution.

• Assistance with expansion of a global leader in facility management to the Czech and Slovak markets by means of several acquisitions, including the acquisition of the largest Czech facility management company;
• Sale of one of the largest Czech cleaning service companies to a foreign investor;
• Acquisition of other cleaning and facility management companies in Central Europe;
• Sale of a system integrator and software developer to a major Scandinavian IT company;
• Sale of several mid-size wholesale and retail companies;

Life drives and passions

Tomáš is an avid hiker, diehard fan of football club Bohemians Praha 1905, reading, travelling, exercising in a gym.
