Pavel Capouch

Pavel has been advising companies on corporate finance, mergers and acquisition and capital markets for 25 years. He has a strong experience in M&A, corporate finance and financial analysis with a focus mainly on the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Experience
Pavel began his career as analyst and head of the Research Department for various members of the PSE.

He then worked as a manager of merger and acquisition projects in two companies focused on M&A.In 2004 he co-launched CN Finance, a M&A boutique active primarily in the Czech Republic and Slovakia with specialization mainly on medium-sized projects in IT, FMCG, retail, distribution, media, business services and industry.

• Sale of minority stake in the leading CEE gaming company;
• Sale of an international IT company with branches in five countries on three continents;
• Sale of several mid-size and large Czech IT companies;
• Sale of the specialized retail leader on the Czech and Slovak market;
• Acquisition of the largest Czech music TV channel;
• Sale of the largest Czech publishing house of non-fiction literature;
• Acquisition of several major Internet projects in the Czech Republic;
• Acquisition of a part of a major Czech dairy producer (cheese production). 

Education

Pavel graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague with master’s Degrees in IT & Process Automatization and Finance in 1994.
