Charles Depasse is a result driven multicultural executive with M&A, Operations and Human Resources experience in the Health Care Industry.
Experience
Before joining AVP in Zurich, Switzerland, Charles worked as EVP Global Operations for Nycomed and EVP Human Resources at Takeda.
During his twenty-five years in industry, he gained extensive expertise in the areas of Operations, Supply-chain and People Management.
Since he retired from Takeda in 2013, Charles has been involved in many M&A transactions and actively involved in portfolio companies for P.E. firms such as Avista Capital Partners, Nordic Capital and Athyrium Capital Management.
Education
Charles is a graduate of the Electro-Mechanical Engineering Brussels Free University, and MBA alumni from New York University, Stern Business School.
Life drives and passions
Charles is a private pilot and a skier, passions he is involved in when he has some downtime.
