Experience
Amir has 20 years of experience in high-tech and consumer goods industries in various positions including Board of Directors, CEO, COO and BU Management.
He is specialized in managing multi-disciplinary R&D, manufacturing, and performance improvement issues, but also on C-Level leadership experience and interim management, Strategy Implementation and Execution, Acquisition and divestment of companies or business areas (spin off), MBOs and MBIs.
He is now a Senior Partner leading the Strategy Consulting Practice at AVP.
He has an international profile with various work experiences in Switzerland, USA, UK, Germany, Austria, South Korea and Middle East, but also through business partnerships with multiple Middle Eastern and Asian companies, and holds various Board of Director Mandates.
Education
Amir is a Graduate from TU Wien University with a Diploma in Engineering Physics and a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Dr. Tech).
He also holds an ETHZ Master of Advanced Studies in Management, Technology and Economics.
