ICFG Switzerland advised on the sale of Docucom AG to ELCA Group

Vaccani &Partners (“AVP”), has advised document management software provider Docucom AG (“Docucom”) on their sale to ELCA Group as part of a succession solution led and managed by AVP as exclusive advisors to the sellers. Docucom AG is a leading provider of document management software and solutions, with prominent clients throughout the banking, insurance, and public service industries. The company has offices in Switzerland and Spain with around 75 specialists. ELCA Group is a diversified Swiss-based international ICT service provider with 1’400 employees and over CHF170 million turnover. This acquisition is part of ELCA’s on-going growth strategy in the Swiss market. ELCA will integrate Docucom’s product and service portfolio to expand its end-to-end market offering for intelligent Information Management Solutions. The combination of Docucom’s products and ECM skills with ELCA’s market reach, end-to-end offering and ECM’s track record, provides exciting future prospects of further growth and market penetration. |
