Puramed, with more than 50 years of experience, is a reliable partner for the supply, adjustment and maintenance of gas evacuation systems and medical devices, offering the necessary use and consumables. Besides its four product groups (gas evacuation systems, double masks, neonatology equipment and medical devices), Puramed offers its customers advice, service and maintenance related to the various products offered.

Over the years, Puramed has built up a good reputation and a loyal customer base. Currently, it mainly serves hospitals, which, due to the very specific installations and associated (replacement) parts, remain very loyal to the company.

Role of Match Plan

Match Plan advised Puramed’s shareholder from the moment he wanted to step down. From then on, we assisted in the entire process, including performing the valuation of the shares and drafting and negotiating all transaction documentation towards the closing.

From Match Plan, Sven Aaldering, Matthias Duijzer and Leon Koorevaar were on the deal team.
