ICFG Netherlands advised Klantenvertellen on their sale to eKomi

ICFG member based in The Netherlands, Match Plan, successfully advised market leader in the field of online reviews, Klantenvertellen, on their sale to German customer review expert, eKomi. 

Match Plan has assisted Youvia in the sale of Klantenvertellen, Kiyoh and Patientenvertellen to the German strategic party eKomi. eKomi is Europe’s largest independent provider of transaction-based customer reviews and product reviews. This acquisition offers the Dutch market leader Klantenvertellen the opportunity to add even more value to their proposition and will help both Klantenvertellen and eKomi to further accelerate their international growth ambitions.

Klantenvertellen offers companies the opportunity to collect customer reviews through its labels Klantenvertellen, Kiyoh and Patientenvertellen. Meanwhile, Klantenvertellen has collected and published more than 7 million customers reviews on its platform.

eKomi the feedback company is Europe’s first and largest independent provider of transaction-based customer reviews and product reviews. As a global Google partner with more than 200 employees and headquartered in Berlin, eKomi has collected and published more than 100 million customer reviews.

Led by Erik Smidt, Rens Knevels and Lucas Troelstra, Match Plan has successfully assisted and advised the management of Youvia and Klantenvertellen throughout the entire sales process, drawing up the sales memorandum, identifying and approaching a wide number of potential (international) buyers. Match Plan coordinated the full process and was closely involved in the negotiations. Furthermore, Match Plan undertook due diligence as part of the transaction..
