Capital Strategy Ltd (CS) helps Clients develop comprehensive business strategies for new projects and existing enterprises. More specifically, we help Clients

 

• assess commercial attractiveness of investment in a project (feasibility study)
• develop winning business-model in a start-up or existing business
• put the developed business-model to life (our regular practice!)
• attract additional equity or debt capital into a project (this activity is to be spinned-off into a separate entity).

 

CS works in a number of industries: real estate, healthcare, recreation, food, telecom, oil and gas, agriculture, wood processing and other. We consider this fact a great advantage over our more specialized competitors. Supporting this belief is our ability to

 

• have a fresh view of industries and their settings (this helps us see opportunities industry experts might not see!),
• to apply one industry's best practice in another (often works magnificently!),
• spot general consumer trends better (it's usually better to go with the wind!).

 

We also practice a no-frills, execution-focused approach to realization of business projects: "go back to the basics" and "business is not a rocket science, so focus on the simple, yet bringing results" are examples of key principles, pervading our practice. Now, "focusing on the simple" does not hinder building seemingly complex businesses and has been delivering meaningful results to date (see the section on examples of our projects). In fact, some companies, which CS' partners helped turn around or build from scratch, have already become leaders in Ukraine in their respective industries.
