We serve the needs of private and
multinational companies as well as entrepreneurs in transactions typically
ranging from € 5 million to € 100 million. Our clients include small
high-growth enterprises to large-cap companies and prominent investors. We have
expertise in various sectors ranging from healthcare, financial and business
services, telecoms, media and technology, food and beverage, industrial
manufacturing, as well as leisure and real estate. We like projects with a high
growth potential. Before we assume a mandate, we first need to believe

Turkey, Russia, Egypt and the Gulf Cooperation Council region. We take
advantage of our strong network in all these markets through direct client
relationships, affiliations and partnerships, leveraging on our long
transaction track record and physical presence through our 14 operating
offices. The great majority of our deals are cross-border. We help businesses
and investors access counterparties in all these geographies, as well as in
Western Europe and North America through our ICFG partners.

understanding of business cultures in the regional markets mentioned above,
coupled with our investment banking expertise and entrepreneurial structure, makes
us move swiftly in order to satisfy our clients' needs in the most effective
and quality-driven way. We only select assignments which have a high
probability of success and do not hesitate to advise clients to drop projects,
if we feel that there is no strategic or financial logic behind them. Also,
having a strong investment track record on the principal side, our team can
easily get into the shoes of our clients and better understand their needs than
advisors who have only investment banking or consulting experience.
