Jarosław
Kopyt - Managing Partner
Holder of
one of the first brokerage licenses in Poland. He worked in BPH Bank S.A. as
Deputy Director of the BPH Brokerage House until 1997. His responsibilities
involved supervision of trading, research, asset management and investment
advisory departments. In 1997 he joined Concordia Investment Bank as a Director
responsible for private placements and IPOs. He also advised numerous
international clients in M&A transactions. In 2000 he co-founded FinCo Group,
worked as Managing Director till 2010. Since 2010 he has become the Managing
Partner of FinCo Capital, after its split out of the FinCo Group's structure.
Jarosław
Kopyt arranged and was involved in several IPOs and other public market
transactions in Poland, for shares of such companies as: Żywiec Brewery,
Krosno glass manufacturer, Agros Holding, Stalexport, Elektrobudowa, Wólczanka,
Vistula, Grupa Lotos and Advadis.
Jarosław
Kopyt was also involved in advisory work in a number of M&A transactions
for both international and Polish clients. He also participated in the
development and implementation of expansion strategies for a number of
companies in the region, including acquisitions, capital increase operations,
private placements and arrangement of debt financing.

SA, Synopsis SA, H&B Notebooks SA.
