The company has an impressive track record and a number of long-standing key account clients across the region. Magema, headquartered in Ter Aar, has 45 employees and generated a turnover of more than €30 million in 2020.
Reason for sale
Commenting on the acquisition, Paul van der Rest, CEO Rubix Benelux & Nordics said: “This strategic acquisition will develop our capabilities to serve key account customers in the Benelux. Magema has an excellent reputation and I am confident that the company will be a great addition to our group.”
