ICFG Netherlands advises Strikolith on their acquisition by Weber Beamix, part of the French listed Saint-Gobain corporation
ICFG member based in The Netherlands, Match Plan, has advised Dutch building materials firm Strikolith on their acquisition by Weber Beamix, part of the leading French multinational corporation Saint-Gobain, headquartered in Paris.
By joining forces with Strikolith, Eindhoven-based Weber Beamix further strengthens its position in the Benelux market as a leading producer and supplier of building materials. The acquisition is perfectly in line with Saint-Gobain’s growth and added value development strategy.
