ICFG Netherlands strengthens its team with 3 new appointments
ICFG member based in The Netherlands, Match Plan, continues to grow and develop its team with the appointment of 3 new corporate finance specialists in Q1 of 2021.
Match Plan is delighted to announce the appointment of Anneline de Boer who joined the team in February as an M&A Consultant where Anneline will specialize in merger and acquisition trajectories whilst finishing her Masters in Corporate Finance at the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, Anneline gained key work experience by providing valuation and advisory services for real estate agency CBRE. She was also involved in the Sefa Research Project, a large-scale research project where students are trained and supervised by experienced consultants. De Boer is looking forward to completing her Masters as well as developing her skills within the merger and acquisition sector.
Another key expansion to the team in February was the appointment of Linde Koudstaal who will primarily focus on marketing and business development within Match Plan. In August 2020 Linde attained her MBA at the University of Amsterdam and will take on various marketing tasks (e.g. account management, increasing customer satisfaction, and the development of the primary sectors) within Match Plan. Linde brings strong experience as a sales representative, gained at software and consultancy firm TOPdesk, where she was responsible for their global accounts. Prior to that role, Linde was a Team Captain at Pepperminds, a European player active in the field of marketing. Koudstaal is looking forward to her new challenge; ‘I am extremely grateful for the confidence I’ve received from Walter Joon and Hans van de Pas. I am looking forward to further developing my marketing skills’.
Finally, Leon Koorevaar will join Match Plan as Debt Advisory Director on March 1 2021. After working for the ING bank for fourteen years, Leon has swapped the banking sector for consultancy. Koorevaar has been active in the field of debt advisory since 2006 and has, in addition to financing and valuations, a wealth of experience in the development of buy-and-build strategies and complex debt advisory. In the role of Debt Advisory Director he will advise clients on attracting new financing, or refinancing and restructuring existing financing. ‘I have a feeling that everything comes together at Match Plan and I’m very much looking forward to executing my acquired knowledge in the field of business valuation in support of entrepreneurs in the realization of their growth plans,’ Leon Koorevaar concludes.
